Meet The Team

Michelle Lamott

Owner/Director & Preschool Teacher

My name is Michelle Lamott and I am the Owner as well as Infant and Toddler Teacher here at Watch Me Grow. I have a degree in Early Education from NECC and NSCC. My experience includes 17 years as an FCC Provider and 24 years as a mother of three! I love working with kids for so many reasons but the moments I enjoy most are seeing their faces light up when a lesson/task clicks for them. The happiness, excitement and fulfillment they show is the reason I love working in this profession. When I am not working I enjoy being with my family up at our lake house in Maine.
